Notion Basic Workout Tracker Template
This is a workout tracker template that includes pre-built push, pull, and legs pages. It also has a new page template that makes it easy to add a page for a different type of workout, such as yoga or cardio. This template has been very helpful for me and has sped up my process of tracking reps and weights. For instance, when doing a push session, the button to add a "Today page" across all workouts under Push has saved me a lot of time. The reps are already set, and all I need to do is add the weight. Furthermore, you can easily track your progress for each workout in a table view that clearly displays all relevant information such as reps and weight.
